The majority of Yan Military strength, their generals, and Great Generals are unknown to Qin. As rumors are true, many mountain tribes and descendants of the Quanrong are allied with the Yan Military. With the late Military God, Gaku Ki as eastern China's equivalent to Six Great Generals in the west, Three Great Heaven, and Seven Fire Dragons in central China, the Yan Military was considered as very powerful since it led the first coalition army against the former super state, Qi.

Their military is organized from top to bottom by: Great Generals, Generals, 5000-Man Commander, 4000-Man Commander, 3000-Man Commander, 2000-Man Commander, 1000-Man Commander, 300-Man Commander, 100-Man Commander and finally Go's (five-man squads).
