Tragedy of Rigan[]
Tou Kin made his appearance as he was too afraid to go to war at the Battle of Tanko. He instead waited as the battle was taking place and then sent a detachment of remaining garrisons were left at Anka and captured Rigan city. He then held the population hostage with his demand being all adults of the Rigan army must die or all the citizens of the city will be killed. Zen Man and Ri Boku came from Kantan and oversaw the exchange. Afterword, he became the new lord of Anka city but 5 years later Ki Sui pacified the land.
