Tonryuu is a city in the northeastern area of Qin close to Zhao.
The city is also the hometown of princess Rui that's governed by her great-grandmother but was controlled by Ho Kaku due to her old age. After the Conspiracy in the Court Arc, Rui took over the governance of the city.
