Tajifu is a powerful mountain warrior and a member of the Yo Tan Wa Army.

Appearance[edit | edit source]

Tajifu is a massive well-built man. He only wears clothes around his waist and has a mask-like all of the Mountain people.

Personality[edit | edit source]

Although he is a member of the mountain tribe, he respects strong people, which is why he defends Shin from his fellow tribe members. He is a massive man, he does not ever seem to speak much. Later, during the Western Zhao Invasion, it is revealed he began learning the plains people's language, albeit with an accent.

Story[edit | edit source]

Sei Kyou's Rebellion Arc[edit | edit source]

When Ei Sei agrees to go with the mountain tribe to the king's keep, Tajifu comes forward to grab the young king. Shin knocks him unconscious, however, before he can even touch Ei Sei! Later, he protects Shin, Ten, and Heki from the mountain men that harass them in their jail cell. The troop leader tells the trio that Tajifu only did so out of respect for Shin who was powerful enough to break the horns on his mask when defending Ei Sei.

Coalition Invasion Arc[edit | edit source]

He is part of the reinforcement that arrived at the Battle of Sai for Qin. And fights the Zhao troops until they retreat.

Koku You Campaign Arc[edit | edit source]

He was part of the hidden army, which took a Wei city by surprise.

Western Zhao Invasion Arc[edit | edit source]

He accompanies Yo Tan Wa to her second campaign that she fights for Ei Sei. He has also managed to pick up some of the languages of the central plains folk as he greeted Shin during their reunion.
