The Snake Formation is an offensive tactic used by General Den Ri Mi's army. It's deployed in the form of wave type charge made by two units of cavalry.
Strengths[]
The Snake Formation uses cavalry split in two arcs that are moving forward in a wave "snake-like" motion and fixing the directions right before the clash. The angular momentum allows the attacker to crack open enemies defensive formations.
Weaknesses[]
However, it is possible to repel the formation by softening the inside of the front ranks and setting several hard points in key locations, as demonstrated with Ri Boku Army's Halting Point Formation.

- Ri Haku was shown using a formation with a similar name. However, it's a completely different tactic used for trapping incoming enemy, instead of attacking.
