Ryuu Fu is a young commander with light long hair pined in the back and a goatee. He greatly resembles his father.
Ryuu Fu cared deeply about his family especially his father and brother. After the death of his father and brother, Ryuu Fu falls into great angers and becomes vengeful.
Ryuu Fu was raised in his household together with his brother, eventually becoming a soldier in his father's army.
He is first seen after the death of his brother when he rushes to his fathers aid and overpowers Rai Do. After realizing the situation he decides to capture his enemy and take him to torture. Soon after he is promoted to commander of the left wing and chases after the remnants of Rai Do Unit, annihilating them. When Ko Chou died Ryuu Fu led the last resistance, however was stopped in tracks by Koku'Ou who gathered an impressive fighting force. During this clash he is injured and forced to retreat.
Before becoming a general and inheriting the title of Ryuu Haku Kou, Ryuu Fu is a very capable military commander.
Ryuu Fu is very proficient with a glaive. When enraged he was able to knock out Rai Do off his horse and break his blade, although when he was distracted.
Ryuu Fu is a capable leader and able to lead his men effectively in the battlefield. After inheriting his father's title of Ryuu Haku Kou, he took command of his father's army and led the frontline.
