Ro En is a former 10-Man Squad Leader of the Qin Military and one of the original squad leaders of the Hi Shin Unit since their days as a 100-Man Unit that joined during the Battle of Bayou. After fighting with the unit for years, he retired from active service after the Sanyou Campaign.

Ro En is an old man with a gray top knot. He has a chin beard and a mustache which is also gray. Along with earrings in both his ears.

Ro En is a calm and content person who is very knowledgeable in warfare due to being a veteran of many battles.
History[]
Not much is known about his history, but he is an old Qin soldier who has seen many battlefields in the past, which is evident from his experience and numerous pieces of advice that helped Hi Shin Unit.
Story[]
Battle of Bayou Arc[]
Ro En became one of Shin's squad leaders during the Hi Shin Unit's formation in the Battle of Bayou.
At the Battle of Bayou, when General Ou Ki personally assigned the task to the Unit, Ro En reassured everyone that everything would be fine. Later, when Hi Shin Unit became bogged down in battle with the Zhao army, it was he who advised En that the Unit should be split so that its combat-ready units could advance. After the mission's success and the assassination of General Fuu Ki, he, Ro En, was among those who survived the bloody battle.
During Hou Ken's night attack, he was able to survive the battle again and in the morning, together with the Blue Stone Tribe, he helped find and coordinate the scattered groups of the Hi Shin Unit.
Alliance Arc[]
Ro En, along with Hi Shin, confronted the Wei army, numbering 10,000 soldiers. During the strategy discussion, he and En both approved the offensive strategy. After the success of the operation and the meeting with Gyoku Hou Unit, the humiliated Hi Shin Unit began to strategize how to put Gyoku Hou Unit in his place. Ro En proposed a plan, he said, that only they could pull off.
Following Ro En's plan, the Hi Shin Unit managed to sneak into the Wei HQ undetected, missing their patrols and blending in with the corpses of fallen soldiers. Having destroyed the enemy headquarters, they managed to claim the achievement before Gyoku Hou, which subsequently led to their ongoing rivalry.
Sanyou Campaign Arc[]
Ro En participated in the campaign against Wei forces attempting to capture the Sanyou region. During the siege of Kourou City and the Gyoku Hou's fire and smoke maneuver, Ro En stopped a Hi Shin Unit attempting to attack the walls despite the smoke.
He retired after the Sanyou Campaign.
Western Zhao Invasion Arc[]
During recruitment just before the campaign to capture the city of Gyou, Ro En's son came to Hi Shin Unit's base to enlist. However, according to Ka Ryo Ten, he failed the physical fitness tests because he was 50 years old.
