The Riku Sen Army, previously known as Riku Sen Unit, is a Qin Military army personally commanded by Qin General Riku Sen, the First Lieutenant of the Gaku Ka Unit that reports to Qin General Mou Ten.

History

Even as a mere unit, Riku Sen Army managed to participate in numerous battles. The northern borders of Qin and the battles there allowed the unit to gain prominence, and after the Anhou Campaign, it emerged from the shadows and began to actively engage in combat.

All this time the army was part of Gaku Ka Unit, and after his promotion to General with Special Powers, Riku Sen and his men gained a semi-independent status, still part of Gaku Ka Army but now as part of a full-fledged army.

Story

Sanyou Campaign Arc

Riku Sen and his unit participated in the battle against the Wei forces as part of the Mou Gou Army.

The unit, like all the forces of the Gaku Ka Unit, confronted Rin Ko Army, and more specifically, according to the plan developed by Mou Ten himself, their target was Rin Ko's guards guarding the HQ. Having reached the target, the unit retreated, simultaneously withdrawing Wei's forces behind it, opening the way for Hi Shin Unit and Gyoku Hou Unit.

Sanyou Aftermath Arc

After the Sanyou Campaign, the unit engaged in minor skirmishes with Wei forces, pushing them back into the mountains.

Coalition Invasion Arc

At the Battle of Kankoku Pass, the Riku Sen Unit, along with the Gaku Ka Unit, confronted the Chu forces represented by the Rin Bu Kun Army. During the Rin Bou's army's charge, they supported it by moving in parallel. After being intercepted by the Kou Yoku Unit, the unit, without engaging in combat, quickly broke through the Chu unit and continued moving. After Rin Bou's death from Haku Rei's arrow, Mou Ten ordered Riku Sen to lead the heavy cavalry towards the archer, giving another unit led by Mou Ten a chance to break through to Haku Rei.

Later, the unit confronted the Ka Rin Army, which had encircled Tou Army after the retreat of its War Elephants. The unit struck at the rear of the embattled Chu army and retreated without engaging in protracted combat.

Bureaucrats Job Arc

The Riku Sen Unit, along with the Gaku Ka Unit, replaced Hi Shin Unit in the Region of Kokuyou. There, they established a foothold for future invasions of the Zhao lands.

Western Zhao Invasion Arc

During the Battle at Shukai Plains, the unit launched and executed an ambush on a Kou Kaku Unit that had lured Mou Ten into attacking the Ki Sui Army. The unit managed to virtually destroy the enemy, pursuing them back to the main Zhao force.

During the Ma Kou's assassination, the unit, in cooperation with Hi Shin Unit, maintained bridgeheads for the "rebirth" of the Ma Kou Army. In the following days, the unit, like the rest of Gaku Ka Unit, confronted and held off Ki Sui Army. This continued until the end of the global battle.

Zhao's Retaliation Arc

At the Battle of Gian, Riku Sen Unit and a unit led by Na Ki of Hi Shin Unit pinned down Zhao forces and then engaged Fuuon Unit. It was at this point that Riku Sen suffered an arm wound, but his unit and Hi Shin managed to push back Zhao forces and then break through and escape the encirclement.

Afterwards the unit took part in the siege of Gian but did not make any significant contribution.

Three Pillars Arc

Through a series of reforms, Riku Sen was promoted to the rank of General and his unit became a full-fledged army.

Conquest of Han Arc

The army held a defensive position at Kouto, in Zhao territory, to stop reinforcements from Zhao armies coming to aid the Han. The army engaged in a brief battle with the Shun Sui Ju Army and Fu Tei Army, but upon learning of the Han's fall, the Zhao forces retreated.
