The Ren Pa Army is the army led by Great GeneralRen Pa, the former member of the Three Great Heavens's first generation. Originally it was one of, if not the strongest of armies in the state of Zhao before their exile.
Ren Pa was originally a great general of the Three Great Heavens and the Zhao Military. When he first faced Gaku Jou, he couldn't summon his whole army due to his forces being scattered among the region of Hanyou. Though exile, he brought with him around 8000 Zhao soldiers along with the most trusted generals that were loyal to him and not to King Tou Jou.
Story[]
The army is first seen battling their own countrymen as great general Ren Pa who had been ordered by the 9th king of Zhao, Tou Jou to be stripped of his rank and summoned back to Kantan to most likely face imprisonment. Ren Pa refused and gathered his loyal soldiers and generals of 8,000 strong to counter the Zhao army of 50,000 lead by great general Gaku Jou who was appointed by the King to defeat Ren Pa and bring him to him. Gaku Jou was defeated and captured resulted in the Ren Pa army's victory.
Ren Pa then fled to seek asylum in Wei where he would eventually be put in command of the Wei Army alongside Commander-in-ChiefHaku Ki Sai to defend the city of Sanyou against the Mou Gou Army of Qin who had tasked to lead a campaign against Sanyou and conquer it.
During the battle, Ren Pa Army almost managed to defeat the Qin HQ, but due to the defeat of Rin Ko's central army and the practically intact armies of Ou Sen and Kan Ki, Ren Pa proposed a truce in order to preserve the remaining Wei forces for future battles. Having concluded a truce, the army calmly retreated to the Capital of the kingdom of Wei. King Kei Bin favored Ren Pa and spared his life, but was forced to exile him from the Wei kingdom. After being exiled, Ren Pa's army marched to the Chu kingdom, where it subsequently settled.
The Four Heavenly Kings are Ren Pa's vassals who fought under him on a great number of battlefields. They defected with him from Zhao to Wei, where they lost Rin Ko and Gen Pou during the Qin invasion of San You. The remaining members were exiled along with Ren Pa to the Chu.
