Rai Ka was the commander of the Rai Ka Unit, part of the Retsubi Army. He participated in repelling the Qin forces during their campaign to capture the city of Gyou before meeting his end at the hand of Li Xin of the Hi Shin Unit.
Appearance[]
Rai Ka is a middle-aged man clad in heavy, unique cavalry armor. He has a dark mustache and a thick, dark beard. His helmet has a tassel, and on his face are two protective plates that merge into decorative elements resembling horns.
Personality[]
Not much was known about Rai Ka's personality, but in battle was shown to be a serious and calm person.

Western Zhao Invasion Arc[]
During the siege of Retsubi, his unit remained inactive for a time as fighting raged beyond the city walls. After the Qin forces broke through and the gates opened, the Qin recruits rushed through the gates and entered the fray. The newcomers were quickly stopped, but thanks to Hi Shin Unit's veterans, the territory around the gates was quickly captured. At that very moment, Rai Ka and his Unit, hoping to tip the scales of the battle, entered the fray, briefly halting the Qin forces' advance. Rai Ka personally unhorsed Den Yuu.
However, this didn't last long, and Ri Shin, who arrived at the same moment, struck down Rai Ka with a single blow, and later, part of his Rai Ka Unit. Shunmen and his Bird Fang Tribe, who arrived next, quickly finished off the Rai Ka Unit before the city was eventually completely captured.
Abilities[]
Rai Ka was proficient with a glaive and can command men in battle. He was strong enough to defeat Den Yuu. However, he was easily slain with one swing by Shin.
