The Kyuumei Tribe was a powerful mountain tribe in the western mountains of Qin. Actively opposed the Chouga Tribe, whose leader was Yo Tan Wa. According to Bajio, who took part in the conflict, the tribe was completely destroyed.

At some point, they entered into war with the Chouga Tribe, led by Yo Tan Wa. After a fierce battle, the Chouga Tribe was able to defeat them, but at the cost of the Tribe's complete annihilation. But somehow, two members of the Tribe still managed to survive. These people were Ka Ryo Ten's Grandfather and Ka Ryo Ten. They managed to escape death and escape to the Kingdom of Qin, settling in the Heibei Village.
