King Kei Bin has a long goatee with a long, thin moustache. He is seen with regal court robes.
Personality[]
Kei Bin is unfazed by the situation on the invading Qin force and talks freely with Ren Pa as though they were old friends. He seemed caught up in the enthusiasm of Ren Pa's story of when he faced Ou Ki.

Sanyou Campaign Arc[]
Upon news of the Qin invasion, he states he has no fear as Ren Pa is with him to mete out his justice.
Sitting with the Great General, Kei Bin asks why Rin Ko did not take his offer of additional troops, doubting he'll do much with only 300 men and calling Rin Ko's appearance feminine.
Upon Ren Pa's return to the royal palace after his defeat, he reluctantly exiles the great general from the state of Wei while telling him that removing the death penalty was all he could do.

Kei Bin is seen being approached by Zhao Prime Minister Ri Boku to speak of the coalition army.
