Jyou Ka Ryuu was a General of the Zhao Military and hailed from the city of Seika under Shi Ba Shou's jurisdiction. He was killed by Zenou during the Battle of Hika.
Appearance[]
Jyou Ka Ryuu was a tall mid-height with long gray hair. On the battlefield, he wore decorated armor, cape and helmet with wings on sides.

Battle of Eikyuu Arc[]
When Ri Boku returned from his exile, Jyou Ka Ryuu and Gaku Shou accompanied him and his vessels from Seika to join the frontlines.

Abilities[]
As one of Shi Ba Shou's deputies, Jyou Ka Ryuu showed himself to be a very capable military commander. He proclaimed that he used to be Seika's strongest general before Ji Aga and Kan Saro's time.
Physical Abilities[]
Glaive Mastery: Jyou Ka Ryuu showed impressive proficiency with a glaive as he was able to kill Gaku Rai, an experienced user himself, in a single strike. He was also able to challenge Shin to a brief duel and was able to deflect arrow shots from Sou Jin and Sou Tan, albeit barely.
Leadership[]
Jyou Ka Ryuu was a capable leader as he commanded his men effectively in battlefields. He was followed closely by his "arms", the glaive wielders Un Kei and Un Gen. It was claimed and shown that his soldiers were far stronger than soldiers from Gaku Shou Army.
Tactical Abilities[]
Jyou Ka Ryuu possessed some knowledge of military tactics on battlefields. In order to stop Hi Shin Army's advancement, he also set up formations with his infantry, although they still managed to break through them.
Military Formations: Jyou Ka Ryuu was capable to perform military formations as he was able to coordinate his army with Gaku Shou Army and together form the Drill Formation.
