Ever since he's been wandering from battlefield to battlefield collecting the heads of numerous commanders and gaining himself a fearsome reputation.
As a youth he met and befriended a young Kan Saro, despite early rivalries due to both being lone wolves and contending for commanders heads they soon bonded and became a fearsome force on the battlefield. One night Ji Aga and Kan Saro made a blood pact with one another, drinking goats' blood which Ji Aga calls wolfs blood as a callback to his deceased clan's reverence towards the creatures. They made an oath that binds their sous and Ji Aga claims that this is the happiest moment of his life.
A while after this oath a more mature Kan Saro apologizes to Ji Aga, saying that he's found someone to follow; Shi Ba Shou which Ji Aga refers to as "that giant". Resolving himself to follow his blood brother into service and because of his own personal admiration towards the Lord of Seika Ji Aga too becomes a follower of Shi Ba Shou. He tells his blood brother that finding a master for both of them to serve while giving their all is the 2nd happiest moment of his life.
After joining Shi Ba Shou it is clear that Ji Aga's martial might is an incredible asset to Seika. It is said that he slayed 100 men of Great General Ordo army when he attacked the city.
