Fuuon is 5000-Man Commander of the Gaku Shou Army which is stationed in the city of Seika under Shi Ba Shou's jurisdiction.

Battle of Eikyuu Arc[]
Fuuon is seen accompanying the Ri Boku Army when Ri Boku leaves the city of Seika to retake his position as commander-in-chief of Zhao Military.
Zhao's Retaliation Arc[]
Fuuon participated at the Battle of Gian. He fought against Riku Sen and Ai Sen to give Gaku Shou time to kill Mou Ten. He unable to stop the breakthrough of the Hi Shin Unit and the Gaku Ka Army after Riku Sen intervened in his duel with Kyou Rei.
Hango Campaign Arc[]
He participates at the meeting of all the Zhao generals in Gian prior to the Qin invasion. During the battle of Hango he is stationed at the centre with the Gaku Shou Army. After A Kou takes the bait of Ri Bokus vulnerable position Fuuon intercepts him and his cavalry unit with his own. Together with Gaku Shou he can surround A Kou, and he personally starts together with Gaku Shou a fight with A Kou. They are slowly winning the fight and wound A Kou several times, but during the duel he gets pushed back far enough so that A Kou can retreat to his army.

Physical Abilities[]
Master Swordsman: Fuuon is an incredibly skilled master swordsman, likely being one of the strongest in the Shi Ba Shou Army. During the Battle of Gian, he was able to cripple Riku Sen's dominant hand with a swift strike and held his own against Kyou Rei, the Shiyuu and second strongest swordswoman of the Hi Shin Unit, as he managed to wound her during their duel although she was exhausted. During the Battle of Hango he could receive swings of A Kou without getting seriously wounded and wound him in return.
