The Night Before The Start Of The War is the 17^th episode of the second season and the 55^th episode of the anime Kingdom.

Synopsis

The 700 hundred remnants of the Kaku Bi Unit joins the Hi Shin Unit to form a unit of 1000 soldiers. Shin motivates and rallys his troops and tells them his goal, to cut off Ren Pa's head. In the Royal Palace, the Ei Sei says that it is essential to invade Sanyou during this battle, and to win the war against Ren Pa. Mou Gou Army army reorganizes itself in order to reach Sanyou. On a smaller scale, the Hi Shin Unit is implementing its military strategy. During the night, Kyou Kai tells Shin that she will leave to take revenge after this campaign, and that she will return to the unit afterwards.
