Royal Hearing is the 98th chapter of the Kingdom manga.
Summary[]
After on sentence the tension in the air is rising and everyone is silenced for a moment. Then after a moments Ryo Fui tells everyone that the one behind the assassination attempt last night was him. Everyone is chocked to hear him say that flat out as they were expecting to give an excuse. Ei Sei talks it away as a joke as he is currently powerless to do something about it.
Shin then understands the gap between Ei Sei and Ryo Fui. Ryo Fui then starts laughing and states that just hoping to lighten up the mood. Ryo Fui states that he will have his vassals personally investigate this matter. Shin is angered and want to but in but is stopped by Shou Bun Kun and tells him to endure it.
Then Sai Taku steps in and asks if we are finished with this charade. Heki is surprised to see Sai Taku. He states that Sai Taku was a chancellor three generations ago for King Shou. Currently he is the highest-ranking diplomat in Qin and was stationed to the state of Yan to the far east. Sai Taku asks the king to mature rapidly as he will on serve the strong. He then takes his leave and Ryo Fui states that he will be leaving as well.
Mou Bu asks however to wait as he didn't come here to just play around in this charade either. He states that he came her for a royal hearing. He wants to revive the Six Great Generals of Qin system. Everyone is chocked to hear that and Shou Bun Kun who endured so much starts now to speak up. Heki states that reviving that system now will collapse Qin.
