Summary

Time skip

In the 10^th year of the reign of the king, following the Battle of Kokuyou Hills, the state of Qin begins to focus its attention on domestic affairs. Some believe that this was the year that Qin would take it's first step forward after the events of Ai's rebellion.

Ryo Fui is stripped of all his ranks due to his involvement in the rebellion while Bi Ki, the Queen Mother returns to Kanyou's Kansen Palace after her imprisonment. Inside the high court, high-ranking officials who were incompetent and jealous towards officials of foreign origin banded together. They attempt to devised an edict to expel all foreigners and immigrants but with a single roaring speech of Qin’s history of meritocracy, Ri Shi shuts them down and the edict vanished the stage.

Kanyou City - Military HQ

Thus, the seasons turned to winter and days of peace continued. As the snow falls, Qin princess Rei plays with her mother, Kou and aunt, You as they have a snowball fight. Eventually, the curtains finally rise on the 11th year of Ei Sei's reign which would prove to be the most turbulent.

The Gaku Ka Unit is on a patrolled when they see a new castle, that was built in the time, the Qin strengthen their military forces. They get discovered by a Zhao patrol and start retreating. Suddenly a messenger from Shou Hei Kun appears and tells Mou Ten to return to Kanyou, while his Gaku Ka Unit should keep their post at Koku You.
