Ai Sen, also known as "Burning Ai Sen," is a prominent General in the Qin Military and one of the lieutenants in the elite Gaku Ka Army, a powerful specialist force. He is the leader of Ai Sen Army.
A loyal vassal of the Mou Family, Ai Sen began his career in the Qin Military as a young soldier in General Mou Bu's personal army. It was during this time that Ai Sen met Mou Ten, the young heir to the Mou Family. Ai Sen took an early interest in Mou Ten, believing that one day he would fight alongside his lord in future battles. As he followed Mou Bu into battle, Ai Sen grew stronger, determined to be of service to Mou Ten when the time came.[2].
Appearance[]
Ai Sen is a youthful-looking, mid-sized man with long dark hair. He typically wears the armor of a commander, complete with a neck piece and a cape, marking his status in the army.
Personality[]
Ai Sen is calm and nonchalant in demeanor, often displaying a polite and composed exterior. However, this masks a fierce and bloodthirsty nature that he fully reveals on the battlefield. He can be judgmental upon first meeting someone, as shown when he encountered Shin and found Kyou Kai's beauty to be a potential threat.[3] Ai Sen is also highly possessive of his lord, referring to Mou Ten with great reverence as "my Mou Ten-sama."[4]
History[]
Years ago, Ai Sen met a ten-year-old Mou Ten while the latter was running from Ko Zen during a rest period with his unit. Mou Ten thanked Ai Sen and his comrades for fighting under his reckless father, asking them to continue supporting him with their strength.
As the years passed, Ai Sen crossed paths with Mou Ten again on the battlefield. He witnessed the young heir’s transformation into a capable and determined leader, and this reinforced Ai Sen’s belief that he would one day fight for Mou Ten’s cause. Determined to be of use, Ai Sen continued to grow stronger, dedicating himself to the service of his lord and his future battles.
