Story[]
Western Zhao Invasion Arc[]
On the first day of the Battle at Shukai Plains, the A Kou Army confronted the Gaku'Ei Army on the Qin right flank. They managed to inflict damage on the Gaku'Ei Army and later withstand the Zhao reinforcements of the Ba Nan Ji Army.
On the second day of battle, the army continued to confront the Ba Nan Ji Army. After encircling Gyoku Hou Unit, Ou Hon was able to break out and attack the Ba Nan Ji Army along with the A Kou Army. The battle continued until the end of the second day and Ba Nan Ji's army suffered serious damage.
On the third day of the battle, Zhao sent reinforcements of 10,000 soldiers under the leadership of Gyou’un and they engaged in battle with the A Kou Army. The Gaku'Ei Army and Chou Ga Ryuu Army also joined the battle. Hi Shin Unit's arrival forced the Zhao forces to relax their pressure, and A Kou reorganized his army.
On the ninth day of the battle, the army of Chou Ga Ryuu, Ba Nan Ji and Gyou'un again attacked the army of A Kou. Seeing their advance, A Kou decides to personally kill Ba Nan Ji, and his deputy, Gu Nei, volunteers to hold off Gyou'un Army. Gyou'un turns out to be too selenium and easily kills Gu Nei by interfering in the duel between Ba Nan Ji and A Kou. Ultimately, A Kou, fighting with two strong opponents, loses consciousness and only the arriving A Ka Kin Unit saves and evacuates him. In the following days, the army fought heroically without its commander.
On the morning of the twelfth day, A Ka Kin persuades Dan Sa to attack the Zhao forces, seeing Hi Shin Unit and Gyoku Hou Unit pushing back the enemy.
Zhao's Retaliation Arc[]
The A Kou Army was present during the siege of Atsuyo but did not take an active part in it.
Hango Campaign Arc[]
At the Battle of Hango, A Kou Army was in the central battlefield directly opposite Seika's army.
Immediately after both flanks of the Qin army engaged, the A Kou Army advanced. The Gaku Shou Army advanced to meet them. Seeing Ri Boku on the right, A Kou, suspecting a surefire trap, nevertheless rushed toward Ri Boku but was intercepted by Fuuon's Unit. Soon the entire army entered into battle with Gaku Shou Army.
Towards the end of the battle, A Kou and some of his soldiers managed to break back to Ou Sen's HQ. With his back cut, A Kou sacrificed himself and his men to buy Ou Sen time to retreat, which he succeeded in doing. A Kou, however, was killed by Shi Ba Shou, and his soldiers were slaughtered by Shi Ba Shou Army.

Strength[]
The A Kou Army has incredible superiority in head clashes as they continue to charge head-on without any regard for their wounded soldiers and they are considered to be the hardest and most resilient force during the Hango Campaign. Not only that, but A Kou's personal unit also consists of highly trained soldiers with immense combat experience as they were able to defeat Zhao patrols when outnumbered two to one.
